Over the past decade, I have worked across Amazon, GE Healthcare, consulting and start-up environments, translating strategic priorities into practical improvements in how organisations operate.

My experience spans operational transformation, supply chain forecasting, digital delivery and change management. I work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to take complex programmes from strategy through to execution.

Consulting

Advised companies on AI product strategy, technology implementation, operational transformation and workflow optimisation. Mapped complex business processes to identify where AI could add the most value, and designed and automated CRM workflows and internal tools to improve sales operations and efficiency. Served as a fractional CTO, owning technical delivery end to end and bringing a stalled product to market by introducing delivery processes and redefining its scope. Alongside this advisory work, founded and built independent technology products from concept to production, combining commercial ownership with end-to-end product and technical delivery.

Senior S&OP Analyst

Amazon

Owned Amazon UK’s rolling 13-week Last Mile volume forecast, used to plan labour and transportation capacity. Automated the forecasting process, resulting in the planning cycle being halved. Progressed into a senior leadership role overseeing a team of analysts and presenting the UK forecast at VP-level business reviews. Helped drive the digitalisation of the planning process across Europe, bringing operational constraints into the new technology to improve peak-season forecasting.

EMEA S&OP Inventory Leader

GE Healthcare

Led an international team responsible for EMEA inventory operations and a $110M inventory portfolio, setting regional targets and presenting performance to global executive leadership. Automated and standardised S&OP reporting, halving the monthly cycle, while improving inventory turns by 20% and reducing aged inventory by 24%. Previously helped transform Europe’s demonstration operations by moving 10,000 annual demonstrations from 15 systems onto Salesforce, supporting 400 users and delivering a $600K inventory reduction through improved data analytics and change management.
